delivery FAQs
What are your delivery options?
Delivery starts at just $5 per deck to anywhere in Australia.
Unfortunately, due to Rona we aren’t delivering internationally at this time - sorry to our overseas friends.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, in the unlikely event of faulty goods we’ll give you a full refund. Just email hello@plantamigos.com along with photos of any issues and we’ll sort you out. Sorry, we do not refund for change of mind.
I was given these as a gift. Can I return it?
We don’t refund for change of mind or unwanted gifts. Sorry. You could re-gift it. It’s good karma x
Can I exchange my order?
We don’t do exchanges, sorry. Trying to figure that out would make our tiny heads explode.
When the hell will I receive my parcel?
Cool your jets, kiddo :) We use Australia Post so hopefully the postie is already on their way. Just bear in mind that deliveries may be delayed due to covid. Use your tracking number to see where it’s at.
